All crystals are unique creations of the Earth. Just like people, it’s their imperfections that make them perfect. Therefore we do not accept refunds based on the unique characteristics of a crystal.
Damaged Goods
We take the utmost care to ensure that all products are shipped in good condition and wrapped securely for transport. However, accidents happen… If a product arrives to you faulty or damaged, please email a photo and description to my@sacred.space within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will help find a solution.
